The introduction of Alumina ceramic cylinder

1.Alumina ceramic cylinder is a good choice in wear resistant ceramic field for the wear solution in Mining industry,Power plant, steel plant, cement plant.It is made of high pure alpha alumina oxide,such as 92% alumina oxide or 95% alumina oxide. Its shape is like a big rod,it is called “CYLINER” as jargon in our mouths.

2. In term of the application fuction ,the Alumina ceramic cylinder can be classified in two type, one is to be wear resistant ceramic material vulcanized in rubber sheet. the other application is as mill grinder.

2.1 Alumina cylinder inserted rubber as a combination has excellent wear resistant performance against the wear problem, it can help to expend the lifespan of the equipment effectively and reduce maintance cost and downtime. 2.2 Alumina Grinding Cylinder is used as grinding media for ceramic body and glaze preparation.Its high purity and low abrasion loss make it to be suitable for both wet and dry superfine grinding of alumina, zirconium silicate, glaze, kaolin clay, quartz, feldspar, inks and ceramics in ball mill. Our chemshun common size has D31xH31.5 (the tolerance : ± 0.5mm), we also accept the customized size when providing the CAD drawings.
