Alumina Ceramic liner is typical abrasion resistant materials used for industry wear solution.Al2O3 92% or 95% ceramic tiles are pasted in the surface of equipment like chute, hopper,cyclone,bunker etc,which can prolong the service life of these equipments, and reduce the maintenance of such equipment, thereby reducing the replacement of new equipment and reducing equipment operation. So how to connect ceramic liner and the equipment surface ? most of ways may be chosen by welding or ceramic adhesive . epoxy resin glue is typical ceramic adhesive,which can be used to bond the high-purity and ceramic liner tile to the surface of equipment that is subject to severe material scouring, Chemshun Ceramics manufacturer can supply epoxy resin glue for alumina tile liner buyers. At the same time , tips of ceramic adhesive application instruction are shared as follows :
1. Surface treatment of the substrate: sanding or sand blasting to remove dust, oil and rust on the surface of the adherence, and finally cleaning with a cleaning agent, drying and drying;
2. Matching rubber: Mix the two components evenly according to the ratio;
3. Sizing coating: uniformly apply the adjusted glue to the surface of the object to be adhered;
4. The adhesive layer is cured: it is cured under the required conditions, and is cured after curing.
