In the coal-making power plant's milling, ash, dust removal, coal handling system, equipment operation is constantly subject to media friction, corrosion, collision, impact and other factors, the system is prone to leakage, resulting in environmental pollution. Therefore, power plants should use abrasion resistant linings to prevent wear.
At present, the wear-resistant materials used in power plants are various. The first use of the coal-feeding system lining is white cast iron. The shortcoming is that it is very brittle, can not withstand impact loads, and is easy to break, so it is rarely used in power plants.
The material working in the coal handling system of the power plant is coal, the hardness is small, the main working condition is sliding friction, and the impact is slight. Even if there is a large drop in the transfer point, the impact force is far from the coal crusher, and the working condition of the coal mill can be compared. Therefore, it is not advisable to use high-manganese steel sheets for the coal mining system and the coal lining of the coal hopper. The wear resistance of the manganese steel cannot be fully reflected.
