2. The hardness of the material: the higher the hardness of the material, the higher the wear rate of the material.

3, the shape of the material :the shape of the pellets with many sharp edges, will increase the wear rate.

4, the powder moisture content: because the powder contains water, promotes the oxidation of steel materials, thus increasing the degree of wear.

5, the pressure between the powder and the material, the pressure between the powder and the material also determines the amount of wear, in general, the higher the pressure, the more the wear. Especially in the case of higher pressure, the effect of pressure on the amount of wear is greater.
