Our chemshun ceramic focuses on abrasion resistant ceramicsstudy and production. the alumina tiles and ZTA abrasion resistant lining are the perfered product in the market,such as alumina L-shape tile, ceramic tube with grooves, alumina ceramic cylinders, ceramic dimple tile, ceramic block,ceramic Hexagonal tile etc. These ceramic lining are widely used in the Mining, fired power plant,cement, steel, port,chemical industries.
Recently our R&D deparment are studying abrasion resistant ceramic armor for the protection of heavy armored aircraft, tank,vessel, large nuclear power plant,medical system. When the boron carbide is made into ceramic armor tiles. It has lower density ,high hardness, high heat conductivity, high modulus, high-melting-point, excellent abrasion resistance. As the ceramic armor tile of boron carbide not only performs higher flexure strength and breaking tenacity ,but also it has the character of low density and light weight. naturally it ranks ahead of the list of the armor protection material.

Under the condition of the same volume, the weight of the boron carbide is 30% of the steel, and 30% more lighter than the alumina ceramics, meantime its hardness can be several times more than them.
the shape of the boron carbide armor ceramic can be Hexagonal tiles, semi-hexagonal tiles, rectangle tiles, ball tiles etc. The following photo is for your reference.
