The silicon carbide power has high heat conductivity, high-temperature oxidation resistance,good wear resistance, corrison resistance( resisting the strong alkaline,strong acid slag and liquefied materials).when it are compressed in the ceramic armor tiles under the pressureless sintering production process, it performs high strength and high wear resistance to meet the military bulletproof and anti-impact affairs.
