1: Powder selection :  In order to produce best wear resistant liners and meet the 

abrasion requirement of customer, manufacturer should select best raw material powder

:alpha alumina with phase of high purity and crystal growth inhibitors.

2: Forming way: Chemshun adopt dry isostatic pressing way to make half-finished 

ceramics.which makes finished ceramics with higher hardness and superior abrasion-

resistance

3: Sintering in the kiln with high temperature :  chemshun have larger producing 

capacity to enssure delivery quickly : 2 pieces shuttle kiln , 1 piece tunel kiln with 

60m long, 2 pieces lab kiln etc.
