How to avoid ceramic wear liner tile dropping off when application

First before the high alumina ceramic liner stick to the surface of the steel , the steel is not handled well, and some are not completely rust removal, and some are not smooth surface, in order to obtain good construction results, the best steel is pre-treated by sandblasting .then wipe the steel surface with acetone  to achieve a certain degree of degreasing effect;

Second, wear resistant ceramic glue ratio is wrong, different glue ratio is not the same, necessary to strictly control the ratio,not suitable can not achieve the desired viscosity;

Third, the epoxy resin ceramic glue is not wiped evenly, so lead to not sticky glue or too little place easy to fall off. Wear ceramic liner tile should be lightly knocked with rubber hammer ,finally the costruction surface should be smooth. 

Fourth,  working temperature should be made clear before wear resistant ceramic liner installtion.industrial ceramic lining can withstand high temperature of a thousand degrees, different temperature need different epoxy resin, or easy to appear ceramic liner tile to drop off as the temperature increase
