How to install alumina ceramic pipe into small diameter size steel pipeline
Wear-resistant alumina ceramic pipes can generally be fixed to the inner wall of steel pipeline by welding and pasting. However, if the pipe diameter is relatively small and hands and machines cannot reach in for construction, then how to paste wear-resistant ceramics into small-size steel pipeline ? Let's take a look with us below.
1. After firing the wear-resistant ceramics into a suitable size as a whole, the fired wear-resistant ceramic pieces are poured into the steel pipe with special fillers for assembly;
2. Using high-tech production technology-self-spreading high-temperature clutch synthesis method. The tube is composed of three layers of steel, transition layer and corundum ceramic layer from the outside to the inside;

3. Use a ceramic ring to install. First make a wear-resistant ceramic ring with the size of the nozzle, then coat the outside of the ring and the pipe with ceramic glue, and finally install the wear-resistant ceramic ring inside the pipe.
Compared with ordinary large-diameter wear-resistant alumina ceramic pipes, it is more difficult to paste abrasion resistant ceramics into small-caliber steel pipeline. Because the small diameter will block the entry of hands and machines and cannot complete the pasting process, only a few special ceramics or processes can be installed.
