Chemshun Ceramics mainly help industry plants with wear protective problems by alumina ceramic abrasion resistant ceramics . recently a chute project of power generation plant was finished by Chemshun technician team.
the chute height is nearly 7 meters,the slope is nearly 9 meters long.Plant owners first applied normal steel plate with 8mm thickness,because coal gangue are not completely burned out.so there are large particles of about 10mm in the slag.with this fact of high height,large particle materials,the bottom side of the chute is seriously worn out and leaked,steel plate worn out less than 1 year.Based on this working situation ,Chemshun technicians suggest him to use alumina abrasion resistant ceramics .
After analyzing and producing all the abrasion resistant ceramic tile , Chemshun technicians went power generation plant and helped to install ceramics. ceramic tile liner with large thickness wear sticked in the chute surface with wear damage.which scheme is more economical and environmental.the service life also is more than 6 years at least.
