Application of wear-resistant ceramics in dust removal pipeline
Wear-resistant ceramic sheet is also called alumina ceramic sheet, the main component of aluminum oxide, metal oxide as a flux, through high temperature roasting of special corundum ceramics. Wear-resistant ceramic sheet has excellent wear resistance and stable chemical properties, and is a kind of wear-resistant material with high hardness properties, which is suitable for withstand pressure and friction occasions. Now it is used by more and more enterprises.
For example, the use of wear-resistant ceramic pieces in the dust removal pipeline can effectively reduce the wear of the pipeline, extend the service life of the pipeline, and improve the efficiency of dust removal.
The application of wear-resistant ceramic pieces in dust removal pipes mainly has the following aspects:
