Arc-shaped wear resistant lining is used for the installation of cyclones
As mineral processing equipment tends to be large-scale, the particle size of the raw ore pulp, the inlet pressure and speed of the heavy medium suspension are constantly increasing. The wear and tear of the cyclone has caused its service life to be short, and its wear resistance needs to be improved.
We recommend that the wear-resistant ceramic lining can be lined in the cyclone as its wear-resistant material. The wear-resistant ceramic lining has a high hardness, reaching HRA85 or above, and its wear resistance is 271.5 times that of Menggang; it also has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and it is no problem to use it in acid and alkali corrosion environment.
According to the structure of the cyclone, an arc-shaped alumina ceramic lining is required. The arc-shaped plate fits the inner wall of the cyclone cone. The thickness is 15-25mm. The arc-shaped lining of the cyclone can play a good anti-wear role and increase its service life by more than 10 times.
Installation of arc-shaped wear-resistant ceramic lining
- Select the appropriate wear resistant ceramic lining material according to the working environment and medium characteristics of the cyclone.
- Before installation, the internal dimensions of the cyclone need to be accurately measured, and the arc-shaped wear-resistant ceramic lining of appropriate size should be cut according to the measurement results.
- During the installation process, strict installation steps and operating procedures need to be followed to ensure that the ceramic lining fits tightly and is firmly fixed to the inner wall of the cyclone.
- During use, the cyclone needs to be inspected and maintained regularly to detect and deal with potential problems in a timely manner to ensure the long-term stable operation of the cyclone.
