The reason of abrasion resistant ceramic tiles falling off when pasted on equipment

1. The thickness of the abrasion resistant ceramic tile liner is uneven, resulting in an uneven pasting surface. During the pasting process, the ceramic tiles are not tightly attached to the equipment, and gaps appear between the ceramic tiles, and the bonding is not firm. In this way, it is easy to fall off during use.
2. Quality problems of alumina ceramic plain tile. The ceramic sheets have corners that fall off, and they cannot form a tight fit when pasted. After a long period of use, the equipment in the missing corners will be worn out quickly. The alumina component of the ceramic sheet does not meet the standard, resulting in poor wear resistance and a short service life of the equipment. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose high-quality alumina abrasion resistant ceramics.
3. The quality of the pasted ceramic glue is not good. Some use cheap glue to save costs, and the glue is not adhesive enough. If the material impact force is large in the operating conditions of the equipment, the ceramic sheet will be caused to fall off by friction and vibration. In addition, when encountering high temperatures, high-temperature resistant ceramic glue should be used. Different ceramic glues should be selected according to different working conditions.
4. Unreasonable construction technology and incorrect construction plan will also cause the ceramic pieces to fall off.
